Saira has been an integral part of Market Restaurant in St. Helena, CA, since joining the team in May 2012. Starting as a busser, she quickly worked her way up to a runner and then a server, gaining hands-on experience in nearly every aspect of front-of-house operations. This deep understanding of restaurant service laid the foundation for her current role as Events Coordinator & Office Manager, where she plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes.

Now with Market for over 15 years, Saira continues to be a vital part of the restaurant's success. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her growing family—she and her husband, Osvaldo, are proud parents of three children, with another on the way! Osvaldo has also been a dedicated member of the Market family for just as long, serving as one of our talented bartenders. Together, they bring warmth and hospitality to Market, with Saira expertly managing vital behind-the-scenes operations while Osvaldo welcomes guests and helps create memorable dining experiences.
